Role Overview
A clear strategy and change programme are in place, and we are now seeking an experienced Change Managerto help us deliver this transformation effectively across the business.
You will be responsible for turning vision into action—embedding new ways of working, processes, and systems, and building internal capability for change in a business that currently lacks experienced change leaders.
Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you will lead on critical projects—starting with the transformation of our rostering and resourcing function—and support the broader modernisation of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliverchange initiatives across the business, starting with rostering and resourcing transformation.
* Implement new rosters and integrate them into the new HR system, ensuring alignment with new policies, processes, and budget controls.
* Develop and embed new ways of working for the resourcing team in collaboration with operational leadership.
* Support executive members in delivering specific strategic projects focused on revenue generation, cost control, operational efficiency and modernisation and automation.
* Build internal change capability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Identify change risks and mitigation strategies.
* Track, measure, and report on change impact and adoption.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and change partner to the CEO and other senior leaders
Person Specification
* Proven experience delivering and embedding large-scale change programmes in operational businesses.
* Track record of working with systems and workforce planning/rostering projects.
* Strong project and change management skills (e.g. PRINCE2 or similar).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a down to earth approach.
* Demonstrated ability to drive cost efficiencies and operational improvements.
* Experience reporting at executive and board level.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
