To help them reach their full potential, we're on the lookout for a Performance Coach to join our Learning & Development team and supercharge sales success on the recruitment floor.
The Role
As a Performance Coach, you’ll be working closely with our dynamic sales team, providing bespoke coaching to enhance performance and sharpen their sales skills. You’ll use data insights to identify performance gaps, uncover opportunities for improvement, and deliver tailored coaching sessions that directly influence revenue generation.
This isn’t your average ‘one-size-fits-all’ training position! You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to coach in a way that best suits each individual, drawing on a treasure trove of resources and support from our vast L&D curriculum. Whether you're helping a junior consultant master objection handling or guiding a seasoned recruiter to reach top biller status, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their success.
About You
We’re on the hunt for someone with a strong recruitment background who truly understands what it takes to thrive in a sales-driven environment. You might be a top-billing recruiter seeking a fresh challenge or a recruitment mentor/manager with a passion for coaching.
* Proven success in recruitment as a 360 consultant (2+ years)
* Comfortable using data insights to diagnose performance challenges
* Confidence in handling assertive personalities on the sales floor
* Strong stakeholder management and experience managing upwards
* A positive attitude and a genuine belief in your ability to spark behavioural change
