Overview
We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and compliance across our estate of 15 properties. Our properties are homes for adults with learning disabilities and autism. The role will ensure all maintenance, compliance and health and safety requirements are met for the benefit of the residents and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the Head of Operations and the care and support management team to ensure all maintenance, compliance and health and safety requirements are met.
Qualifications
Experience of facilities management, including management of contractors. Experience of compliance and health and safety management.
Salary
£37,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Location
Based from our Head Office in Erdington, Birmingham, and working at all our properties in the Erdington and Sutton Coldfield areas of Birmingham.
Hours
Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
