About The Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with SEND? This is a rewarding opportunity to lead by example, support staff development, and ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on care planning, behaviour support strategies, and health & safety risk assessments
Deliver and monitor high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs
Provide staff supervision and training
Act as deputy to the Team Leader
Maintain accurate records using approved systems
Administer medication and delegated healthcare tasks
Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion
Safeguard resident wellbeing and report concerns
Support residents in educational, social, and community activities
Champion effective communication across teams and families
Embed positive behaviour support strategies
Encourage independence and self-advocacy
