Aurora Legal Talent is working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Basingstoke, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor (1–2 years PQE) to take the next step in their career within a supportive and commercially focused environment. The successful candidate will join a busy and collaborative team, advising a strong portfolio of national and international clients, particularly within the hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors.
The Role
* You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Title investigation and due diligence
* Drafting and negotiating leases and licences
* Option agreements and overage arrangements
* Supporting senior colleagues on complex transactions
* Building client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

Requirements
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with circa 1–2 years PQE (flexibility for the right candidate)
* Strong grounding in commercial real estate / commercial property law
* Solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
* Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
