Role Overview A hands-on, customer-facing position supporting order flow and client relationships within a busy industrial door company. Ideal for someone with experience in B2B customer service or internal sales, especially in technical or engineering environments. Key Responsibilities • Manage and nurture relationships with regular clients • Process enquiries, quotes, and orders • Coordinate with warehouse and engineering teams • Assist with dispatch prep and stock handling • Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotes • Support stock takes and resolve basic order issues Candidate Profile • Background in customer service, account management, or internal sales • Experience in industrial, construction, or technical sectors preferred • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus • Practical, team-oriented, and detail-focused Qualifications • GCSEs required; A Levels desirable • Additional training in warehousing or customer service is a bonus Package • £26k–£30k salary • Bonus scheme • 25 days holiday bank holidays • Pension, on-site parking, and full training • Supportive team with career progression
