Drainage Operations Manager
Location: Warrington Salary: Up to £45,000 + Car Benefit Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to join a leading drainage service provider at their Warrington site. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operations professional with strong drainage knowledge to play a key role in managing daily operations and leading a small team of engineers.
The Role
As Drainage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The package:
* Competitive salary up to £45,000
* Company car / car allowance
* Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends)

Key Responsibilities include:
* Conducting site visits and preparing quotations
* Managing and overseeing a small team of drainage engineers
* Managing daily operations and responding to on-site issues
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs
* Carrying out regular van checks
* Sourcing materials and equipment
* Supporting engineers and ensuring operational efficiency
Essential Requirements:
* Previous operations management experience
* Strong drainage industry experience (jetting, CCTV surveys, and general drainage knowledge is essential)
* Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Full UK driving licence
