* Oversee and coordinate the delivery of goods, food supplies, and hotel equipment.
* Work closely with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure availability of required items.
* Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and update records accurately.
* Manage daily logistics operations to support all hotel departments (kitchen, housekeeping, front office, etc.).
* Prepare and check shipping documents and supplier invoices.
* Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Support cost-control initiatives by identifying efficient logistics solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sector.
* Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
* Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management/logistics systems.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
