Yard Sale Pizza are looking for a commercially minded, detail-driven Commercial Insights Business Partner to join our finance team and help steer smart, data-led decisions across the business.
Reporting to our Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into clear, actionable insights that support our growth and help our teams operate at their best. What you’ll be doing:
* Lead weekly performance reporting, including sales insights and flash reporting.
* Act as the primary operational business partner, providing impactful analysis and identifying opportunities to optimise labour, COS, discounts and refunds.
* Drive the development and automation of KPI dashboards, supporting and training site teams as needed.
* Support financial governance through P&L reviews, variance analysis and representing finance at GM and Ops meetings.
* Optimise variable spend areas and oversee central prep reporting and transfers.
* Own key budget lines and support the annual budgeting cycle and periodic reforecasting.
* Work closely with the Finance Director on ad-hoc tasks, projects and analysis.

* A clear and confident communicator who can translate financial insights for non-finance teams.
* Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
* A collaborative team player who values consistency, reliability and getting things done well.
You’ll need:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA.)
* 1–2 years’ business partnering or management accounts experience.
* Multi-site experience (hospitality a bonus!)
* Strong Excel skills and high data literacy.
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
