Role Overview:
You will advise employers on a range of complex legal matters, including:
* High-value disputes and industrial relations.
* Employment terminations and discrimination cases.
* Whistleblowing and restrictive covenants.
* Representation at employment tribunals.
This role presents an opportunity to work on high-quality cases with a diverse client base across the UK.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will:
* 0-5 years PQE and be eager to develop their legal career.
* Be capable of working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
* If newly qualified, have at least six months of Paralegal experience or have completed a seat in Employment Law during their training contract.
