Job Title: School Learning Support Assistant
Location: Esher, Surrey
School: Primary School
Contract Type: Full:time, Monday to Friday
Salary: GBP100:GBP110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Learning Support Assistant seeking a new opportunity in Esher?
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on childrens educational journeys? We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a reputable primary school in Esher.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
* Support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education
* Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
* In:depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
* Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
* A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
