Demi Chef de Partie
Salary: £30,950 + TRONC

What you will do as a Demi Chef de Partie:
·Prepare all aspects of pastry Mise En Place (MEP).
·Assist the Chef de Partie (CDP) and Sous Chef as needed.
·Consistently produce high-quality food for all outlets.
·Maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards.
·Keep work areas and machinery clean and well-maintained.
·Implement food policies, including allergen management.
·Manage ordering and storage of food supplies.
·Commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
About you
Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating the ability to manage and support a section of the kitchen effectively. Possess solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and trends, and a strong commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
