A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Occupational Therapy service within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). We welcome applications from enthusiastic, highly motivated, and skilled individuals who are committed to developing themselves, staff, and the service within CAMHS.
The post holder will be based at Astley Ainslie Hospital but will work in various settings, flexibly across Lothian to meet service demands.
This post will focus on:
* Taking a clinical lead in developing and delivering the Occupational Therapy service within the CAMHS Intellectual Disability Team, including the Intensive Treatment Service.
* Being an active member of the CAMHS Intellectual Disability multidisciplinary leadership team.
* Participating and contributing to the wider CAMHS Occupational Therapy leadership group.
Professional supervision, training, and development are integral to the service. You must have a Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
