Where you’ll be working:
* It is contractual opportunity, Band 2 engineer.

* Tenure -12 months
* Work timing – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM BST
Need to cover following 4 sites in a week.
* UNIT 1, FOOD CENTRAL, SAINT MARGARET'S,CO. DUBLIN, K67 X3C6, Ireland
* Tullynamalra, Lough Egish Food Park, Co. Monaghan, A75 H512
* Monaghan Rd, Drumillard Little, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, A75 PY88
* Lurgan 66 Silverwood Road,Lurgan,Co Armagh, BT66 6LN, UK
Except for Dublin, all other sites are close to each other. Once in a week, Engineer is supposed to drive to Dublin site and provide support
Job Description
Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.
· Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
· Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s.
· Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills.
· Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment.
· Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
Responsibilities and Functions
Deploy SCCM/Intune Custom image to new Devices
Configure Device and core Applications
Coordinate with Users for replacement device
Configure User experience and Custom applications, whenever required
Provide user 1st & 2nd line support.
Maintain asset register for removal of old devices and replacements
Complete software installations on workstations and laptops
