Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Laravel Engineer / Tech Lead to join our internal team. This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership over architecture, code quality, and delivery. You’ll help lead development on large Laravel applications built with Laravel, Filament, Livewire, and MySQL, and play a key role in shaping technical direction and mentoring other engineers.
Responsibilities
* Own and lead development of production Laravel applications
* Make architectural decisions and optimise performance
* Build admin and internal tools using Filament
* Develop reactive interfaces with Livewire
* Design and maintain REST APIs
* Lead and mentor engineers through reviews and guidance
* Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
* Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Requirements
* 6+ years Laravel experience at a senior level
* Prior experience leading a development team
* Strong MySQL skills
* Experience with Filament, Livewire, and Laravel deployment (e.g. Forge)
* Solid REST API, CI/CD, and Git experience

* Experience with regulated or compliance-heavy platforms
