The Role
Here at Ballys we are looking for a hands-on Senior Commercial Governance Manager, that has experience working in a commercial planning function, utilising governance methodologies to ensure facilitation and delivery against strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have an understanding of project lifecycle methodologies for workstreams, including those driven directly from the commercial business unit and demonstrate experience of preparation, planning and facilitation of key commercial alignment sessions.
Key accountabilities:
1. Governance framework for the delivery, tracking, monitoring and reporting of the UK and Spain Interactive Vision
2. Project Management Office portfolio facilitation with strategic initiative mapping
3. Planning, preparation, facilitation of key commercial unit meetings with minutes, decisions, action tracking
4. Logistics planning for Commercial Unit and Product alignment
5. Prioritisation framework
6. Marketing and Operations calendar, cadence and action tracking
7. Delivery Tooling & supporting documentation (monday.com, JIRA)
8. Risk/Issue tracking
9. Stage Gate Controller
10. Cost reporting (including CAPEX, OPEX)
11. Capacity modelling
12. Support continual process improvement and enhanced data reporting
13. Maintain document standards and support (Sharepoint, Confluence)
14. Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration including marketing, operations, product and insight
Key skills :
15. An excellent communicator who can provide comprehensive status updates on key deliverables as well as confidently lead presentations to senior stakeholders
16. Ability to focus on the details as appropriate while keeping the overall purpose and goals in mind
17. Experience of working with portfolio, programme and/or project management methodologies
18. Experience working with PMO and delivering change
19. Ability to build relationships with teams and stakeholders at all levels
20. Clear effective and simple oral and written communication with the ability to tailor style to different audience
21. Ability to demonstrate a flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to change
22. Proven self-organisation and time management
23. Experience working with Third Party contributors (Partners, suppliers, agencies etc.)
24. Confident and competent facilitator
25. Strong problem-solving skills
26. Experience in Marketing & gaming industry would be a distinct plus
27. Experience of creating cost vs benefits reports would be desirable
