About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Retailer Learning Services team on a secondment basis until March 2027 as Head of Retailer Learning Services. You will lead the National Learning Centre to deliver world-class training and learning across the Brands' retailer networks.
During the secondment, you will lead the digital transformation of our Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee all aspects of the Brands People Development activity to ensure factory standards are met. You will design learning solutions to develop the best people and drive network business performance, ensuring a commercial approach to decision-making, system improvements, and process efficiencies within budget and on time.
To succeed, you should have proven experience in digital transformation and programme management, be results-oriented, and capable of building effective relationships at a senior level. Strong financial acumen, operational delivery, strategic thinking, high energy, and a passion for learning are essential. An inspirational leadership style to motivate your team and deliver excellent results is also required.

Based at the National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes, we train UK retailer staff to provide excellent customer service. As a centre of excellence in product, technical knowledge, and customer experience, you'll be at the forefront of technological developments and help embed our customer-focused values throughout the network.
