Job Title: Education Admin Manager Location: York - Centre based Salary: up to £32,000 (Depending on experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + Much More! Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties: Manage a team of 7 education administrators, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of all administrative functions, to include: data management, learner allocation, exam management, resource procurement and stock control. Allocation of tasks and monitoring of workload, to ensure departmental objectives are met. Deliver training and development across relevant administrative processes and systems. Ensuring all data is accurate, in-line with compliance standards and uploaded in a timely manner. Ensuring learners undertaking work experience are being reimbursed correctly. Identify and carry out improvements in administrative processes, to ensure efficiency. Prepare and present reports for the SMT in line with educational performance, attendance and outcomes. Essential Criteria: Must have experience of working within a similar Administration Management role, ideally within the education sector. Experience in using data management systems. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ideally hold a Level 3 Business Admin qualification, or equivalent. Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbally).
