Job Title: Education Admin Manager
Location: York - Centre based
Salary: Up to £32,000 (Depending on experience)

Duties:
* Manage a team of 7 education administrators, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of all administrative functions, including data management, learner allocation, exam management, resource procurement, and stock control.
* Allocate tasks and monitor workload to ensure departmental objectives are met.
* Deliver training and development across relevant administrative processes and systems.
* Ensure all data is accurate, compliant with standards, and uploaded in a timely manner.
* Ensure learners undertaking work experience are reimbursed correctly.
* Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
* Prepare and present reports for the SMT regarding educational performance, attendance, and outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in a similar Administration Management role, preferably within the education sector.
* Experience using data management systems.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Ideally hold a Level 3 Business Admin qualification or equivalent.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
