Job Description
Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to support a growing accountancy practice located in Brighton & Hove, with their search for a Payroll Administrator. For an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, this role involves supporting the payroll process within a busy and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing end-to-end payroll cycles in a timely manner
* Liaising with clients to address calculation queries and general payroll matters
* Managing P45s and other payroll documentation
* Calculating and administering holiday pay and statutory payments
* Creating and maintaining detailed payroll records
* Reviewing and managing client pension schemes across multiple providers
Ideal Candidate:
* Available immediately or on short notice
* Previous experience in payroll administration, preferably within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau
* Able to commute daily to Brighton (please note, no flexible working arrangements)
* Systems experience, ideally used multiple ERP finance systems such as Sage, and Xero.
