Salary: £27,000 £32,000 per year + Uncapped Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Work closely with the client to ensure all KPIs and staffing levels are met.
Candidate Sourcing: Building a robust talent pool of temporary workers.
Reporting: Reporting directly to the Operations Manager on daily fulfillment rates.
On-Call: Supporting the 24/7 nature of the business via a rota.
Requirements:
Driving License: Full UK Driving License is required .
Attributes: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
Hours: Full-time (Hours to be confirmed).
