Role Overview: The Business Management function is pivotal in supporting the efficient operation of Technology. This role is embedded in a fast-paced environment and ensures governance, coordination, and delivery discipline across Technology. A team player is required who can build strong working relationships within Technology and across departments.
Role Responsibilities
* Support the Technology Leadership Team and Business Manager with BAU responsibilities.
* Provide analysis and assistance with ad-hoc requests required for effective running of the Technology function.
* Collate meeting materials, capture key outputs and ensure completion of actions in a timely manner.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
* Update and improve existing business processes to help drive efficiencies.
* Act as primary point of contact for the Technology function for queries and information.
* Cost Management: work with budget holders to understand allocated projects and area, enabling challenge and quality assurance when reviewing deal approval requests.
* Tracking: external resource management, mandatory training, etc.

* Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Proactive and accountable, drives tasks to completion.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders across seniority levels and functions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
* Innovative, flexible, and willing to learn new skills.
Desired
* Experience with data analysis and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
* Experience in a support role within financial services.
