This role is all about the early sales journey: identifying opportunities, engaging new prospects, and building strong foundations for long-term client relationships. You'll be the crucial first touchpoint, warming up qualified leads and setting the stage for impactful follow-ups by our Sales, Clinical, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
Research and identify potential clients within NHS, Social Care, and private healthcare targeting key decision-makers such as OTs, Physios, and Procurement Managers.
Execute high-volume outbound campaigns to generate and qualify leads, paving the way for senior team engagement.
Tailor outreach with compelling messaging aligned to each prospects unique challenges and needs.
Pipeline Handoff & Coordination
Seamlessly transition warmed leads to the Sales & Marketing Director, Clinical Lead, or Specialist Seating Assessor, depending on the next step.
