This is a 6‑month interim position created to provide focused leadership during a period of organisational development and to deliver a defined programme of project‑based improvement work.
As the Interim Care Centre Director, you will have overall leadership and management responsibility for stabilising operational performance, driving quality improvements, ensuring the delivery of key strategic projects that strengthen the service for the long term. You will lead and manage the full clinical and operational teams, ensuring excellent care is delivered, maintaining quality and financial targets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
