A respected and long-standing South Yorkshire firm is looking to appoint a dedicated Family Solicitor to join its Doncaster office. With a solid reputation for client care and community engagement, the firm offers a supportive environment for Lawyers seeking to develop their careers in family law.
The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you'll manage a varied caseload of privately and publicly funded matters, including:
* Children Act proceedings
* Divorce and separation
* Domestic abuse and injunctions
* Financial settlements (including property, pensions, maintenance and asset preservation)
* Matters involving business assets and trusts
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Separation agreements
You'll work closely with clients during what is often a highly sensitive time, delivering practical, clear and compassionate advice.
