In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects — from implementation and onboarding to workflow design, integrations, and post-go-live optimisation. You will work closely with product, engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to ensure customers achieve measurable value from the platform.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage multiple SaaS implementation projects from initiation through delivery
* Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
* Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
* Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
* Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure clear communication at all stages
* Support clients in adopting product best practices and achieving successful outcomes
* Maintain documentation, dashboards, and progress reports
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks, playbooks, and processes
