Who are we looking for? The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to help coordinate the day-to-day running of the school office, support with attendance and admissions as well as providing high-quality administrative support to the Leadership team. The person appointed will work under the direction of our experienced School Business Manager. We can offer: A warm and friendly school with supportive Leaders, governors, staff and parents. A team of highly motivated & skilled staff. The successful candidate should be: A friendly and effective communicator An enthusiastic team player. Proactive and highly organised. A committed individual with effective written and oral communication skills. Key Requirements: GCSE English & Maths (level A-C minimum) and excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience of working in a school/office environment is preferred. Experience of Sims/FMS is desirable. Please note: Holy Family School is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The school expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will undertake an enhanced DBS clearance. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (and subsequent changes).
