Overview
We are seeking to appoint a keen, enthusiastic, conscientious, and proactive Invigilation Coordinator to join our Examinations Team.
Your responsibilities will include planning all invigilation requirements across the Group, maintaining a bank of invigilators throughout the academic year, and ensuring all invigilators have been sufficiently trained in line with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate invigilation requirements across the Group.
* Maintain and update a bank of invigilators for the academic year.
* Ensure all invigilators are trained in accordance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
* Collaborate with the examinations office to support busy administrative workflows.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a busy administration or examinations office.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise a heavy workload and meet conflicting deadlines.
* Careful attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise with a broad range of people including awarding bodies, students, and staff.
* A strong team player with a flexible approach and willingness to help out where needed.
* A commitment to raising standards within the service.
