Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager to join our growing social media team.
You’ll have a range of responsibilities within the team; from leading on devising and implementing social strategies with support of the wider team, being a trusted point of contact for clients from a range of industries, contributing strategically and creatively across the spectrum of the Hatch social offering including organic and paid social campaigns, strategy, data, analytics and insight, effectively managing our team of social media executives across client accounts and collaborating with our PR, experiential, content and studio teams as required.
Required
* Three or more years of experience in a social media role
* Experience managing a variety of client budgets
* A passion for social media copy writing and tone of voice
* An analytical approach to measuring success, using data and insight to influence strategy
* Knowledge and experience delivering campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X or LinkedIn
* Excellent client relations and communication skills
* Great time management
