Rebecca Udall is a fast growing luxury homeware brand founded in 2018. We specialise in fine European linens (bed, bath & table) as well as offering a wider range of artisan and heritage homeware. We ship to the UK and internationally to consumers, interior designers and B2B.
We are a friendly team looking for someone to support the operational & despatch side of the business as we grow.
The role would suit someone who is a positive, organised and physically with a strong attention to detail, ideally passionate about homeware / interior design but it is most important to find the right person/people.
There is the possibility for this role to be half office (customer service), half warehouse/stock room based or entirely warehouse & stock room focused, depending on preference and your skillset.
Being a luxury brand, our focus is on high attention to detail and care of goods and somewhat different to other warehouse environments.
Responsibilities
* Organise products within the warehouse
* Checking deliveries for accuracy and quality and unloading them
* Perform lifting as required, ensuring safety
* Replenishing stock room shelves
* Ad-hoc support in our stock room
* Preparing goods for dispatch (wrapping)
* Picking and packing orders accurately to meet customer specifications
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Collaborate with the team
* Stock count
Required Skills
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail
* Intermediary computer skills
* Good numeracy
* Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting
* Good communication skills
Desired Skills
* Proven experience in a warehouse, retail or similar role is preferred
* Familiarity with picking and packing processes, ensuring accuracy in sending orders
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
