* UK experience within a public, private or third-sector UK-based client.
* BEng, BSc, MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* Ability to lead drainage designs from concept to detailed design, as stand-alone projects or as part of larger multi-disciplinary schemes.
* Knowledge and application of current UK-wide Drainage policy, standards and guidance.
* Experience in drainage assessment, including capacity and condition assessment.
* Experience in the assessment of flood risk.
* Ability to identify, manage and develop project scopes and manage budgets, programme and the quality of deliverables.
* Good leadership and communication skills.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Experience using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage and GIS.
* Understanding and appreciation of CDM regulations.
* IEng, CEng or CWEM, or working towards professional qualification.
