What We Offer Up to £13.60 per hour DOE Contracted to 38.5-hours per week | shift time: 8pm – 8am Paid PVG Uniform Provided Onsite Parking 5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on full-time contract) Pension Scheme As Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in leading our care team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care, and creating a warm, supportive environment.You’ll coordinate shifts, lead by example, and be responsible for the performance of your team during each shift.
Your leadership will help us maintain a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere in our home.
What We’re Looking For Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care is the minimum requirement.
Medication Training: Practical Medication Administration with competencies is required.
Written care plans: Ability to create, update, and maintain detailed, person-centred care plans.
Leadership Skills: Someone who can lead a team, prior experience of this is essential.
Compassionate Nature: A kind, caring, and compassionate personality with a sense of fun and a commitment to person-centred care.
