The role
As a Newly Qualified Solicitor, you will work primarily on commercial property matters, gaining exposure to a wide variety of files while working closely with experienced partners and colleagues. The role is designed as a permanent position, offering structured supervision, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to develop technical and practical expertise within a supportive environment. You will be encouraged to take ownership of work earlier than at many larger firms, while receiving the guidance needed to develop confidently and effectively.
Responsibilities
* Assist and manage commercial property matters from instruction to completion
* Work collaboratively with partners on a range of property transactions
* Draft and review commercial property documentation
* Develop client relationships in line with firm standards
* Participate in structured training, supervision and professional development
* Take on increasing responsibility as experience develops
