About The Role
We have vacancies within our Electrical Compliance Teams who are delivering cyclical electrical testing and smoke alarm upgrades in domestic homes. You will be expected to work across all property services as required.
About You
Qualified and experienced electrician able to undertake all aspects of electrical work. Preferably experienced in installation and maintenance in domestic and non‑domestic premises, including mains distribution, three‑phase and electrical inspection & testing. You should hold relevant qualifications and have experience of the trade. Customer service skills and excellent knowledge of health and safety are essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
Working With Us
The successful candidate will work in our Smoke alarm / EICR Compliance team led by Luke Fraser and Gary Charlton.
Key Details
* Permanent role with a salary of £39,429 per annum, paid monthly.
* Location: Throughout the North‑East.
* Company van provided.
* 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with out‑of‑hours standby and overtime.
* Criminal record check required; we welcome all applications and do not exclude candidates based on an irrelevant criminal record.
* Disclosures under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (ROA) will be required.
