Service Care Solutions is working with a Tier 1 Legal 500 company, based in Buckinghamshire, which is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) to join their highly regarded Real Estate Team.
Role: Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE)
Location: Marlow
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
The Role:
* Handle a wide range of commercial property matters. This will involve landlord and tenant matters, commercial acquisitions and disposals, occupier work, and Investment and property finance.
* Contribute to business development whilst supporting existing clients of the Real Estate team.
* Support senior members of the Real Estate team as and when required.
