Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day working week)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable TIG/MIG Welder to join our production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both bespoke one-off pieces and production-based work in a workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in both TIG and MIG welding, and be comfortable working with engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform TIG and MIG welding tasks to produce high-quality components.
* Work on both bespoke, one-off projects and routine production work.
* Read and interpret basic engineering drawings to ensure precise and accurate welding.
* Work efficiently and accurately at a bench, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
* Collaborate as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
* Follow engineering instructions to meet quality and safety standards.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year of TIG welding experience.
* Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.
* Ability to understand and follow basic engineering drawings.
* Experience working in a production environment and with bespoke projects is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Ability to work well within a team.
