Loader/HGV Driver
Ocean Fish Group Limited is looking for someone from the Brixham area who will be responsible for managing and loading fish bought from Brixham fish market onto a truck and then bringing it to their factory in Roche, with occasional deliveries to customers on route back to Brixham
Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday)
The position of Loader/HGV Driver involves:
* Loading/unloading of vehicle
* Collecting/Delivering fish on route to and from Brixham
* Dealing with customers face to face.
* Keeping in regular contact with the transport team & site management for updates on progress and managing our customers’ expectations
* Ensuring truck is clean and tidy
Personal Attributes for HGV Drivers:
* Must have a UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence
* Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
* Working to deadlines.
* Confident, polite and a team player.
* Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Attention to detail to ensure all fish is collected/delivered accurately and in good time
