Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Assist customers with self-service options via the Council’s website.
Provide accurate information and guidance using Council systems and scripting.
Liaise with various departments to resolve queries effectively.
Ensure high standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage queries promptly and professionally.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to handle sensitive matters.
