Our client is a well-established manufacturer within the construction sector, specialising in high-quality fire-rated doors. This position plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. You will provide administrative and organisational support, help coordinate schedules, and assist in maintaining high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the management team, including reporting and documentation
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating operational activities
* Handle customer enquiries and book deliveries
* Support purchasing activities and monitor stock levels
* Take accurate meeting notes and circulate actions
* Track outstanding tasks and ensure timely follow-up
Skills & Experience Required
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
* Competent in standard IT systems and software packages
* Strong written and numerical skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
