An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Practitioner IPC to join the NHS Fife IPC Team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care across NHS Fife and Care Homes in the region. About the Role In this rewarding position, you will play a key role in supporting the IPC Team across NHS Fife and local Care Homes. A significant part of your work will involve conducting audits to monitor compliance with IPC standards, helping to identify areas for improvement and ensure safe, high-quality care environments. You will also contribute to the delivery of training sessions, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of safety and infection awareness among staff. Working closely with the wider IPC team, you’ll assist in surveillance activities, support outbreak management, and help implement quality improvement initiatives.
