We will support you to further develop with the aim to become an experienced Recovery Worker over a 12-18 month period. You will be expected to work with a caseload of substance use clients from the beginning, with the aim to expand this as the role progresses. The disconnect between services for people with co-occurring conditions of mental ill-health and substance use has long been recognised as a barrier to the effective treatment of patients in the community. Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities With Inclusion Recovery Hampshire in partnership with Adult Mental Health services and Primary care. You will be working with the service users and multi-agency team members to support the delivery of Recovery focussed outcomes by promoting and creating opportunities in visible recovery, harm reduction and brief interventions. The training role will lend itself to someone who hasn’t previously worked within this type of setting but has related qualifications and is looking to gain experience working within this field.
