Care Assistants – Private Sector Care Homes (Fife)
Pay: £13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Locations: Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Leven, Cupar, Dunfermline & surrounding areas
Driving Licence: Not required – local placements available

ASA Recruitment is expanding across private sector care homes in Fife and is looking for caring, reliable individuals who can commit to 20+ hours per week. Whether you’re experienced in care or just starting out, we’ll help you gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a variety of care home settings.
For the right candidate, every placement has the potential to become permanent.
Shift Patterns:
1. 08:00 – 20:00
2. 20:00 – 08:00
What You’ll Do:
3. Provide personal care, practical support, and emotional assistance to residents
4. Help residents maintain dignity, independence, and comfort
5. Work in a warm, person-centred environment
What You Need:
6. Minimum 3 months’ recent experience in a care setting
7. PVG membership (or willingness to update)
8. SSSC registration or working towards it
9. A caring, patient, and professional attitude
10. Reliable, with strong communication skills
11. No driving licence required
