Parts & Retail Manager
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Competitive salary plus bonus scheme
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Parts Department, supporting the existing team, managing stock and customer enquiries, and working closely with our Sales and Service departments to keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous supervisory or management experience is beneficial
* Knowledge of agricultural or groundcare parts/products is an advantage
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative
* Good IT skills and attention to detail
* A positive, proactive approach and a team-focused attitude
