Overview
At National Star we realise the aspirations of adults living with complex physical and learning disabilities. The people we support are currently looking for care and support workers to join us. The long-term residents and students we support at Bradbury Gardens have a wide range of learning and physical disabilities. They share interests such as fashion, music, shopping, sport and socialising with friends.
Responsibilities
* Help with personal care, including washing, dressing and mealtimes
* Accompany and support residents and students in their daily activities
* Record and share with families the progress made towards personal goals and aspirations
* Keep in touch with family and friends so residents can spend time together/chat
* Administer medication to residents after receiving relevant training
