This new role will play a key part in enhancing digital engagement and supporting product visibility across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital assets align with brand strategy, are tailored to the target audience, and are effectively integrated into the client's Salesforce CRM platform. Key responsibilities include: Creating compelling content and manage digital content for websites, email campaigns, videos, and bite-size webinars Supporting content planning and scheduling to meet campaign timelines Developing and delivering engaging email campaigns and webinar content for healthcare audiences Apply SEO best practices in all content to improve digital visibility and drive traffic to company's digital platforms Set up and optimize automated customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Collaborating with graphic designers, digital markets and other internal stakeholders and external partners to generate new ideas and execute campaigns Monitor and analyse content performance using analytic tools to provide insights for and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis a The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years of experience in digital content creation and management (essential) Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design or related field (not essential) Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (highly desirable but not essential) Proficient in graphic design software, video editing tools and content management systems (CMS) Excellent copywriting and editing skills Strong communication and project coordination skills Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing techniques The ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detailIf you are a digital focused content creator looking for a new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
