The role is based at block 9 on the Royal Gwent Hospital site, with the opportunity to work in an agile manner across all the Health Boards’s sites and remotely. You will be the finance lead responsible for several directorates within the surgery division. Main duties of the job The Divisional Accountant will provide professional financial advice and support to budget holders within the Division/Locality/Directorate, to contribute to achieving financial targets. The post-holder will be expected to implement an annual budget setting process and to provide financial advice to all interested parties. The post holder will be a fully qualified (CCAB body or CIMA) accountant with excellent communication skills and significant analytical abilities.
