Job Title: Electrical Project Lead
Location: Ballymena Branch, Shrewsbury, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours/week)
Holiday: 29 Days Holiday (including 8 statutory days)

We are looking for a hands-on, driven Electrical Project Lead to join our team in Ballymena. If you're a qualified electrician with solid project management experience, this could be your next move.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong electrical background with confidence in managing projects from start to finish
* Experience in planning, budgeting, contractor management, and safety standards enforcement on-site
* Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities
* Leadership skills to manage teams and solve problems efficiently
Key Requirements:
* Fully qualified electrician
* Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical project management
* Experience with installing and commissioning LV distribution panels
* Ability to lead teams and manage contractors on active sites
* Solid understanding of health & safety practices (IOSH Managing Safely preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* HV experience is a bonus but not essential (training provided)
The Role Includes:
* Leading and delivering electrical engineering projects
* Planning, scheduling, and managing budgets
* Attending and leading project meetings
* Overseeing contractors and enforcing safety procedures
* Writing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
* Managing QA compliance and producing handover documentation
* Supporting commissioning and testing (FAT/SAT)
* Problem-solving and providing on-site solutions
* Generating project reports and updating senior management
* Flexibility for occasional weekend work depending on project needs
