Facilities Manager – Real Estate/Property/Residential/BTR/PBSA
We are looking for an industry Facilities professional with the breadth of hands on facilities management, leadership, strategy and business process optimisation/efficiency to join this scaling organisation in what will be a "greenfield" opportunity. This role will support a fast growth/scale at pace strategy to create a high performing, fit-for-purpose and highly efficient facilities management function across a large portfolio of rental units/homes/accommodation based across the North West UK.

We’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Facilities Contract Manager who thrives in complex, multi-site environments. You’ll lead third-party and in-house maintenance teams, drive compliance and uptime, manage delivery of services to exacting standards, time and quality and deploy smart, tech-enabled solutions to transform service delivery.
