Job Description
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Business Outsourcing Services team in Beaconsfield.
As a Manager for BOS (Business Outsourcing Services), your responsibilities will include among others
* Manage a full client portfolio (value £500-600k) with limited supervision ensuring quality of work is maintained and deadlines are met
* Review of junior team members work on Financial Statements and corporation tax computations
* Line management of 2-3 members of staff
* Management of budgets, WIP and debtors
* Collaboration within the management team to maximise allocation of time and resources
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have experience
* ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, with a strong academic background
* Strong technical, economic and regulatory knowledge particularly with FRS102 and FRS105 (corporation tax knowledge an advantage)
* Effective time management and ability to work to strict deadlines
* Great communication skills both internally and externally
* Successful delegation and ability to coach and develop others
Desired
* Experience of working with entrepreneurial, scaling businesses
* Experience using Xero and/or Silverfin software
* Interest in leveraging technology for efficiency improvements
* Experience of working across service lines (business tax, personal tax) to deliver a joined-up service to the client
* Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and colleagues in different locations
