This role will be a great fit for someone with a passion for customer service, who genuinely enjoys exceeding customer expectations and achieving positive outcomes. Day-to-day duties Arranging suitable delivery/collection dates with the customer & delivery team and dealing with any re-arrangements or cancellations. Communicating directly with customers and dealing with any enquiries. Keeping the delivery system up to date. Assisting with general transport office admin duties.
