We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own our online presence. From optimizing our website for conversions to running high-ROI ad campaigns, you will bridge the gap between our brand and our customers. Few points that we are looking for as a suitable candidate: Build the Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals. Own the Channels: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc. Manage the budget to maximize ROAS and CPA. Optimize the Website: Lead our SEO strategy (both on-page and technical) and own the CRO roadmap to turn more visitors into customers. Tell the Story: Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, videos) and manage our organic social media presence to build a loyal community. Nurture Leads: Design and implement email marketing automation workflows (welcome series, lead nurturing, re-engagement campaigns). Analyze & Report: Dive into Google Analytics and Looker Studio daily. Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for the leadership team. Experience: 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate agency. Technical Toolkit: Advertising: Proficiency-level experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram). Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Email/CRM: Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp). CMS: Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management abilities; a collaborative spirit. Remuneration Package Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from £42,000 to £52,000 depends on experience Flexibility: Remote work option / Flexible hours
